For closed-door and invitation-only sessions, your name, job title, and company name may be visible to other participants, for example on attendee lists, name cards, or introductions. By registering for such a session, you consent to this disclosure.

If you have concerns about either form of sharing, contact us before the session and we will accommodate reasonable requests where practicable.

We use cookies and similar technologies on the Site, including:

  • Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the Site
  • Advertising pixels and tags from platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn, which collect data about your visit to enable us to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on those platforms, including retargeting

These third parties may collect data about your online activities over time and across different websites. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences directly with each platform (Meta Ads Preferences, TikTok Ads Settings, LinkedIn Ads Settings). Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.

We collect feedback, survey responses, and learning outcome data from workshop participants. We use this data in anonymised or aggregated form for research, benchmarking, quality assurance, and improvement of our Services, and may publish aggregated, non-identifying findings. We will only publish testimonials or feedback attributed to you by name, title, or company with your consent.

9. Disclosure of Personal Data

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose personal data to:

  • Legal and regulatory authorities where required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights

We require service providers who process personal data on our behalf to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

10. Legal Basis and Consent

Under the PDPA, we collect, use, and disclose personal data with your consent, or where deemed consent applies (for example, where you voluntarily provide data for an obvious purpose such as registering for an event), or where collection, use, or disclosure without consent is permitted under the PDPA, including under the legitimate interests or business improvement exceptions.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (Section 15) or using the unsubscribe mechanism in our emails. Withdrawal may affect our ability to provide certain Services to you. We will inform you of the likely consequences before processing your withdrawal.

11. International Transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data outside Singapore, we take steps to ensure the receiving organisation provides a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, including through contractual safeguards, as required under Section 26 of the PDPA.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required for legal or business purposes. When personal data is no longer needed, we will delete it or anonymise it.

13. Accuracy, Access, and Correction

You may request access to or correction of your personal data in our possession by contacting our Data Protection Officer (Section 15).
